SECRA was established with the aim of bringing together young archaeologists from all levels of study and beyond: undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate students, and early career researchers in archaeology. Our intention is to provide young archaeologists with the opportunity to present their current research across various archaeological disciplines (e.g., Prehistoric, Classical, Roman Provincial, Late Antique, Medieval, Postmedieval, and Modern Archaeology, Archaeological Science, Methodology, Underwater Archaeology, Speleoarchaeology).
We seek to encourage collaboration among young archaeologists, promote the exchange of ideas and knowledge, as well as enhance participants’ academic and professional skills.
